2) The form to be submitted to the examiner on the grading day.

(HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all Poom & Dan members)

2) Attached a passport photo in .jpg format

3) Submit the payment at the academy

Standard CHANGMOOKWAN Certificate Application

(OPTIONAL for all Poom & Dan members)

1) Please download and fill the CHANGMOOKWAN POOM/DAN application form.

2) Please fill the ONLINE form below and select CHANGMOOKAN

2) Attached a passport photo in .jpg format and the Changmookwan Poom/Dan application form.

3) Submit the payment at the academy

Skip Dan Application for KUKKIWON

(For members who has missed out the KUKKIWON applications)

1) Please download and fill the KUKKIWON POOM/DAN application form.

2)  Please download and fill the CHANGMOOKWAN POOM/DAN application form.

3)  Please download and fill the Skip Dan justification letter

4) Please fill the online form below and select both KUKKIWON and CHANGMOOKWAN

5) Attached a passport photo in .jpg format and all the manual forms that have been filled

6) Submit the payment at the academy
